觀星者注意！星期三晚間到星期四早上，天空中將觀測到「草莓滿月」以及火星今年距離觀測者最近的一次。
六月的滿月又被稱為「草莓月」，由來源自於此時節正是美國原住民採收草莓的時刻。根據Milwaukee Public Museum的Bob Bonadurer，「草莓月」也是今年最繽紛多色的月亮，因為月亮較低、且有一道陰影跨過天空。「草莓月」又被稱作「玫瑰月」、「蜂蜜月」或是「甘草月」。
而星期三晚上為今年土星距離的地球最近的一次，整晚肉眼皆可見。你可以透過望遠鏡看土星最有名的「土星環」。NASA表示，土星的一些衛星也可以用望遠鏡觀察到。
週三晚上為無雲的天氣，在美國西部和中部許多地方都是看土星的好地方。
