公司發言人 Jessica Joyce 表示，一些商店已經關閉或計畫於2020年上半年關閉，並指出因為這些地點「不再符合客戶對我們的期望」。
在1月8日與分析師進行的季度收益討論後，公司官員表示他們計劃關閉共60家店面，但今年上半年前先關閉40家。2019年末，該公司就已經關閉了14家店面。
